If this were old VGChartz we would see people making threads about how these numbers mean a turning point and how X console would  close gaps and take leads.



Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

I miss old chartz :'(

 

Congrats to the 3DS if true.  Good to see a new winner.  I'm surprised xbox didn't take top spot with the insane clearance deals it had in prep for the slim launch but it still did decent.  Hopefully ps4 sales are decent.

$279 for the first 3 weeks and $249 from July 24th onwards for all 500GB SKUs, and IIRC there was also some deals with Amazon Prime, but maybe someone else can correct me on that.

Was about to post this.  XBO needs to be quite a bit cheaper than PS4 to compete. It'll interesting to see by how much XBO outsold it. Also wonder if Sony will have any price cut announcements in New York.

We should also do "Nintendo shouldn't launch the NX because the 3DS is winning"!
