It does say a new Mario game but not a new Pokemon game. GameFreak has also only developed the mainline Pokemon games, spin offs were done by other devs, so from that I assume it's probably a remaster of Sun/Moon.

We know Zelda, obviously. The Mario game is 3D Mario that was in the works years ago. I can see the Pokemon title being one that is linked to Pokemon Go in some way.

I think Nintendo should have Zelda at launch Mario launch in June and delay Pokemon til October/November so it can be a Holiday system seller.
We also know that Atlus is making a JRPG for the NX and also Pikmim 4 is in development also this article says Nintendo has some thirds partiers in lock.
I could see NX 2017 looking like
Luigi Mansion 3
Zelda BOTW
New Mario
Pikmim 4
HD Pokemon
Atlus RPG
Some Wii U Ports
Third parties
Solid lineup imo.

Well, Zelda is obvious. About Mario and Pokemon, Id say it's going to be Mario Party and Pokemon Dash sequels..
