Wait! What?

What is your thinking behind this? Why would certain bundles be more popular in brick and mortar stores compared to online stores?

Its just what ive observed. A Madden bundle keeps releassing every year and i'd imagine that they sell decently so thats why we keep getting this bundle every year.  Last year the bundle ranked 97 and the year before 50(monthly charts). The bundle online doesnt charty so hight but keeps getting released yearly. TheHalo bundle is old games and most people that want Halo 5 have i.

There's a lot of presuming there. It's not like any XBO bundle as done great until put in a fire sale (Gears probably the exception)

Bolded part, why would that make people buy the bundle in store instead of online?

If someone wanted the game they would already have it and there are no bonuses for pre ordering online and Gamestop is having like a huge trade in deal for XB1S when you trade in the original XB1 that ends on the 31st.

In store trade ins will effect sales certainly. But if anything that would sway more buyers in store for the 2TB. Anyway arguments changing. You've mentioned that trade ins will sway people in to brick and mortar stores but not why certain bundles are more popular in store rather than online.

The 2TB versions have been very limited so i can still see people going for the 1tb and maybe even the 500gb. Maybe certain bundles are more popular in store is that casuals are probably not as willing to pre order the bundle online but would see it in a store and buy it. That could explain why we keep getting Madden bundles every year when they rank low online.

But if they have to preorder online, they would have to preorder in store.

Anyway, what it comes down too is that you believe casuals buy in stores and Madden is popular with the casuals hence why you think that the Madden bundle will sell a bigger percentage in stores compared to other bundles. This could be true but I don't think it would be that drastic of a difference.

There's just too much presuming. Feels like a lot of grasping at straws to prove that the Madden bundles sell better than what amazon suggests when it's probably a case of MS not having high expectations for the bundle and MS believe they need to offer diversity when it comes to bundles. The Madden bundle is part of a bigger picture. Plus MS and EA are best buddies. Also Madden is still a strong franchise and pretty cheap to bundle.

Errm about NMS!
It's already 32nd in the yearly rankings and is dominating the right hand side of the Amazon page.

I might need to alter my predictions in the other thread

I'm praying No Man's Sky is actually legit good (haven't looked at anything about it, trying to keep myself surprised so don't know what the impressions are like) because if it is legit good, that means it won't bomb and then fade into oblivion. Recently, looking at media create, the uk chart or even npd, games that (deservedly) review badly tend to open decently, and then receive 80% drops or more in their second week, and then fade into oblivion. Street Fighter V is a great example of that, Star Ocean was a great example of that, Battleborn was a great example of that.

What No Man's Sky has going for it, however, is years of hype, mass exposure at Sony's conferences, being semi-exclusive, and being a new IP, because when new IPs are good, they sell very, very well. Look at The Last of Us, look at Bloodborne, look at Splatoon, look at Destiny, look at Overwatch, look at Titanfall. You can look at Horizon: Zero Dawn as well, because we all know if that game delivers, it well sell extremely well, because it's brand new and fresh, people like fresh.
