Forums - Gaming - Square Enix teases new “dramatic RPG” to be announced on August 1

Well, the character designs are cute. So that's a good start. Can't say much more than that. Why make a teaser and announce they'll reveal it in Aug? They... kinda revealed it already. Why didn't they just show it all? I really don't get this. I guess it fills the 'teaser' role in its title. Whata tease...

"From the trailer, we see that the game is set in an country called “Ashihara Nakatsukuni,” that two girls seem to be key figures, and that the genre is “dramatic RPG.”"

1) what the heck is a dramatic rpg?
2) the first girl sucked through that wormhole, says "brother" in japanese right?

This trailer does like nothing for me... no real hype for it.  Also I suspect this might be a mobile game.

Is there such a thing as a non dramatic RPG?

What? How can they say they are going to reveal it on August when they have already RELEASED A TRAILER?

A trailer of a trailer.

"We are proud to annouce that we will have more information about this title later.  Please be excited"

Japan loves it's premature pre-ejaculate, especially Square.

"You should be banned. Youre clearly flaming the president and even his brother who you know nothing about. Dont be such a partisan hack"

There were three ravens sat on a tree / They were as blacke as they might be / The one of them said to his mate, Where shall we our breakfast take?

That's cool and all but when are you going to make Chrono 3, SE?!

Obviously a mobile title.. So thanks i'll pass.

All of their games tend to be dramatic (overly) though, so I believe them.

Lube Me Up

That trailer tells me absolutely nothing about this game.
