It's close, though I don't really care for the "only a small portion of time counts" thing.

What does the PS4 have? As far as I know, World of Final Fantasy, The Last Guardian, and Gran Turismo Sport. Personally, I want all three of those, so I'd take the PS4. I would like to play Forza Horizon 3 but I'm not a Gears fan and I'm leaning away from ReCore because of the platforming. Never played Dead Rising.

I can see someone going either direction, based on personal choice. All that aside, third-party games look awesome this year, so I'm not sure it matters all that much.

Of course, I think it should be pointed out that PC looks bloody set.

Gears of War 4 and Forza Horizon 3

I think I have to give it to PlayStation on this one. I've been waiting so long for TLG, and I'm intrigued by Dragon Quest Builders. Horizon looks amazing, but I have doubts about ReCore, Gears, and Dead Rising. If Cuphead and Below land in Q4, then I'll switch my vote.
