But yeah, what difference does it make if the games had a retail copy or not... does it make the game better the way the bytes have another way of getting into your console on a piece of physical media?

 

On topic though.... Ughh.... NBA was real.... meh I'll give it a download could be fun some night when a few people are over and have a blast of it 4 player or so, second God of War game for the Vita in a row, that is fairly class, could give the whole franchise to Vita owners maybe? except for 3 considering that 1/2 remastered in HD are available for the system as well.

Yes, there is plenty of PS4's retail games now. With Injustice, I wanted to indicate the first one released on PS+ for PS4, to my knowledge (in December 2014).

I totally agree on the bold part, I already said it in a previous PS+ topic.

NBA 2k game for this month wasn't strange, they already gave NBA 2k14 in June 2014 on PS3

Okay seems they did lol, I must have just clicked to buy the license for that but never actually downloaded/played it, awww well maybe this time around, I read those games are meant to be fantastic fun.

For those who said a bunch of times btw that Knack should be the PSN+ game... for some weird reason, in EU Knack is part of the current PSN sale listed as just €5.99 so yeah you could spend this months subscription money and actually buy a full copy of that to keep forever, you don't even need your psn sub active if you buy this!

Only downside to this is then you would own Knack... and not have €6 to spend on a fancy coffee!

I haven't purchased an NBA game since NBA Live 98 on ps1! Still, a lot of people come over that aren't rant "gamers" the way I of the term but love NFL and NBA video games. I'll definitely add NBA 2K16 to my library! They'll think I'm so cool!

Awesome that you find a AAA title which is right up your alley for free.

Find it a little bit funny that the reason I thought this rumour was not true originally is http://www.vgchartz.com/article/264470/nba-2k16-free-this-weekend-on-xbox-one-for-xbox-live-gold-members/#comment_518653 so X1 owners got to enjoy the game for the weekend, I guess 2k were just promoting their game all over the place since the NBA finals are on or so? but yeah strange for the PSN+ side to come out on top with a full copy of the game, in the same month that the completely "no indies ever" GWG gets Goat Simulator and Meat Boy.
