The main attraction of VR to me is location traveling and porn but video game or anything CGI? Only if its at the high end of CGI-ness and then it will be premium paid for content. I'd rather free reality porn in a virtual space not video game assets. |
I THOUGHT so. And I really wasn't faulting you. I'm just glad you came out and said it.

This.
Shadow1980 said: Is anyone being directly and demonstrably harmed by VR CGI porn? Is it causing you physical injury, damaging your property, or stealing anything from you if someone faps to what amounts to a cartoon character? I believe the answer to those questions is "No." Therefore, it should not be banned. While actual child pornography is and should remain banned (because its production necessarily involves harming a minor), other forms of obscenity, especially those containing non-real "people" (including crude CGI representations of famous people), should be considered protected speech. If it doesn't hurt you or anyone else directly, then the government has no business meddling in the situation. And no, "Doing it for their own good" ("they" being consumers of pornography) isn't sufficient grounds, either. The government shouldn't be in the business of protecting individuals from their own vices, whether it be porn or alcohol or weed. If they aren't hurting anyone else then nobody has a right to impose their will on them. |
This. Well said.
It's virtual and if it's not monetized it's even legal. No problems with me at all. For all I care people can make their virtual Kindergartens and do whatever with them in VR.

OdinHades said: People are saying porn isn't morally correct? Why? It's perfectly ok in my book. As long as nobody gets hurt, go on and do whatever the fuck you want. It's called freedom. I am very proud that we have it that way. And I am willing to defend that way of living. |
QFT. BTW porn was considered immoral by religions that considered "MORAL" to stone to death people that just wanted to be sexually free. These same "moral" people, though, considered moral to let old geezers marry very young girls (and obviously stone those girls to death if growing they fell in love with younger and less disgusting men than their husbands).

I know this is a somewhat valid opinion, disturbing as it may be, but the thought of this maddens me and I've got some social justice warrior muscles just twitching to be used, however they are so atrophied by societies bravest SJW's I doubt they'll ever get a work out. Super dark comment btw. |
Let's see it this way. If humanity didn't have virtual outlets for its violent or sexual desires we'd all be fucked. Literally.
