I did everything (what you said plus linking NNID to Nintendo account, signing in to miiverse/eShop) except linking social networks, which would only net 30 coins, so still a whopping 200 off from everyone else.

I guess you lack the 200 points that Nintendo gives you for Miitomo pre-inscription?

You should have pre-registered for it, anyway. Gave 200 regular platinum points, separately from any actual interaction with miitomo.

Console, I think. I tried the same and I ended visiting the Miiverse/eShope on the WiiU and it worked. In the moment I visited the eShop, the reward was available.

Confirmed, you need to do it in the console... the webpages don't work, and I even tried buying a title.
