Exactly.

I was gonna suggest something similar. If you bought a new release digitally I don't think its fair that just a week or two down the line, you're only getting 10% back. I think that there should be tiers where let's say the return starts at 30%, then after 3 months it drops to 20%, and then after another few months it drops down further, etc.
10% is fairly nuts low, but you know what, it's a start and it could be the start of a good thing.

Aye but if it was a store bought arcade game that you paid €10 for or so.... would you rather leave it in your library on the offchance that you might play the multiplayer again or give your account access to another family member so they could enjoy it... or refund it for €1

If they are old games you wouldn't even see ten percent from Microsoft.
If you are gonna get less money back than you would a GameStop, then digital prices need to be cheaper. There needs to be some middle ground here.

Agreed. Gamestop/eb games need to hurry the hell up. Digital sales grow every year and will continue to do so.
Ms shouldn't have a monopoly here... On xbox, anyway.
Well, you don´t get anything for digital games so that´s only a bonus :). But I would much prefer the model where there is a "used digital" marketplace where I sell my digital games that I don´t want and a share of the price goes to MS. But that would like not work in real life since it can be manipulated.
How about you reduce your digital prices by 50% so I actually buy before asking weather or not I will sell back.
