I know the guy and my point is that the NDA is so tight that they can't even say if Nintendo is aware of the photo.

I think that if the original concept its improved it cant be that bad after all
He never said that's the controller though. It might very well be the handheld. Even then I'm still not sure it's legit.

It matches the talk we've heard from the maker of those screens, that Nintendo had ordered a screen shaped like a donut. It very much sounds like something like this, where the so called donut shape is for the analog sticks. I know it looks crazy but it will grow on you.
What I really believe is that there's stuff to this controller we're not seeing. I think there's something significant that replenishes the lack of face buttons, somekind of additional interface. That's the benefit of the doubt I'm giving it.
