I am old enough to remember Sega CD. New tech is always a "wait and see" for me. If it delivers, I'm in. If not, then I dodged a bullet and saved a lot of coin in the process.

This thing is gonna cost more in Canada, like $500-600 plus the camera and probably gonna need move for games...I can't see myself paying that much, that's like two consoles.

I doubt it's going to cost more in Canada than in Australia where it's $550 and $90 for the camera.

But other than that, I think VR won't work for me since I don't live alone.

Yea I'm in at least to try it. If it's not worth 400 I'll return it.

If I want a headache & to feel nauseaous, a bottle of tequila is far cheaper & funnier... people will drop this fad after a few hours of real-life testing. I've been using VR for a few years in a professional ambient & it's not for everyone, even the people that endure it the most, only manage to use it for an hour or 2 tops before starting to feel disoriented, the worst part being that it does not get better over time as one would think, in fact some people tend to feel sick faster after using it for some time.
Anyhow, sheep are already lining-up so, money will be made shearing sheep... as always!

Depends if I have money in October, otherwise will just wait. Already experienced VR in DK2 so I'm not really dying to see it. Also need to see what killer apps it has.
