What? You looking at SFV or SFIV? |
SF V. Front Page, 1.2M sold through.

Why don't you compare relevant games if you're talking about who did good exclusive deals.
Tomb raider 2013 a year old port on the ps4 and x1 sold 2.5 times better on ps4. ROTTR would have sold double on ps4 than x1.Thats a shit ton of lost sales.
SFV has shipped 1.4m and less than 200k of those were on pc. You'd be looking at the 360 version selling a fraction of the ps4 version. Not a lot of lost sales at all.
Compare apples with apples not oranges with oranges. logical. |
Because them he would have to accept that RTR done worse and it would be against his point/agenda.

I did this time frame because 10 weeks gives you a vibe of how a game is doing. SFV is just below RotTR, its well below expectations for Capcom. Dude, even right now RotTR and SFV sales are at par. Let just admit Capcom screwed up assuming they are fully responsible for how SFV launched. |
Are you sure it's because it gives the vibe? Then why not one year? Or just FW? Seems pretty arbitrarily set to comply with what you though would be the most favorable situation for your assumption.
Of course Capcom screwed up, certainly on the execution and content. The only question is really how much is the loss potential of skipping X1 and if Sony paid enough for it to be worth to them. But looking at how screwed they done, anything Sony paid probably offset what they lost from X1 in this mess state (on a good release we would still be totally clueless).

In a nutshell, I'm just going with VGChartz. We aren't even sure if SFV numbers are shipped or sold, too little info and far from VGChartz. If we had the exact sales figures from both SE and Capcom that would obviously trump this site. But we don't have that info. |
Your thread title isn't about VGC and you used non-VGC to reinforce your RTR numbers while denying them for SF V numbers so it's very confusing. Even more when we constantly see how wrong VGC gets things, even having more 3DS and WiiU sold than shipped.
