I seriously hope this is true, though. This is an extremely good exclusive to secure for many reasons, the biggest of which being that it's a western AAA game. That is a huge indication of how Nintendo intends to brand this platform, and that is a very good thing.
This is exactly the kind of exclusive I've been saying Nintendo needed to get in the early years of the NX while they started building their own western studios. If E3 hit's, and they show off this as well as revealing that Retro's new game is also a western-style AAA game, my only reservation on the potential success will be alleviated, and that will be such a relief.
The original may not have sold well, but this game has a much better chance of doing well, especially because of how good it looked graphically last time it was seen.
