Do you guys think PSVR will be sold at a profit or loss from day 1?

They already stated that it's being sold for a profit day 1

They have said before they have a decent profit on each unit sold at current price.

(enough to pay for marketing and smaller budget games atlest)

 

Also because the screen is something they invented (it didnt exsist on the market before), once they start massively produceing units, scale of economics will kick in, and the unit prices of this unique screen will drop alot.

Im guessing before the year is over, you will see PS VR 50$ cheaper.

no way will they have a price cut this year. its releasing in Octobor, having a cut one or two months after release wouldnt make sense.  maybe a "promotion" at best, but i would expect any promotions to be bundles, games thrown in with the Hardware

Quantum Break finally made it past Uncharted then.

Dark Souls III looks like it is going to do well. On PS4 at least

Summary: It's gotten a bit of attention since the ads rolled out but the preorders just decent to okay I guess. Maybr reviews could help.

He said the same about Twilight Princess so that should be good for QB

The HD Remaster ? it is on the Level of Alan Wake's sales, i think that Quantum Break, might do Alan Wake's Numbers.
