Forums - Sony - PS+ march line up.

why cant they put sherlock holmes ps4 as a second game in it? the sequel of sherlock holmes is coming in may and nobody cares or knows about it, because they didnt do advertisement for the game on ps4. they bring it on xbox one, we had it on ps3 (1 year ago, but not on ps4) in my opinion they should start with bigger indiegames every month like Titan Souls, Hotline Miami 2, The Escapist, TWD 1, Shovel Knight, Armello, Wolf among us, Vanishing of Ethan Carter.
and after they bring quality to the titles with 1 good indie game every month, they can think about bringing 4 times a year old and bigger AAA titles. there are over 100 games already out and a few times in sale like.. Saints Row, Murdered, Old Blood, Thief , Metro Redux, Rayman, Sherlock Holmes, Tomb Raider 2013, New Order, Dishonored, Evolve, Knack, KZ, Infamous, Prototype, Evil Within, Devil May Cry
this would be good.

on topic tho, for anyone with a vita who is considering it, I would actually say to leave off Reality fighters as a download, it really isn't worth your bandwidth other than a tech demo for Augmented reality, sadly I own it physically but yeah waste of space to download I think unless you are realllly short of something to waste 5 minutes on.

I have to disagree. I played for over 20 hours and asbolutely loved it.

Really? were you trying to make use of the Augmented reality and actually get them lined up on a table or did you just ignore how they would slide about weirdly going off the edges? I tried fairly hard to get any enjoyment out of it but given that at the time I also had UMVC3 and Street Fighter X Tekken those fighters on the Vita just destroyed it in terms of .... well everything for me anyway.

I did try it in 2 different areas one with fantastic lighting and the other not so much but didn't find that improved the Vita's ability to keep things where they should be.

Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

I think I ignored the AR part. If memory serves, what I loved was that you could use your own face or your own voice (probably both). I managed to master quite a few of the moves and after doing that, it became very enjoyable. The Mr. Miyagi part was quite fun too. It is such a quirky game with great character.

But I get that it's not for everyone.

Except every game I bolded, I spent at least 6 hours on. To a person with a total of 10 hours to game a week, that's a long ass time. And I included games that got critical appraise, not just games that were "remotely entertaining".

The problem seems to be in your thought process. I don't think you want to be shown a good free indie.

Critical appraise? Do you bring them your games and they tell you the value? :-p

We COULD drag this on longer. But I think more people will be happy when Sony eased up on indie stuff. I mean look at the comments around the web, the reception for the March games hasn't been great. Argue with me all you want but that doesn't change.

Auto correct, phone's are dumb.

I don't disagree that Sony could do with a few more AAA giveaways. But the idea that all of the indies they give are trash by virtue of being indies is a silly and shallow thought, regardless of how popular it is. Bad ideas get popular all the time: look at Trump.

Again, nobody said "indie = trash."

Indies generally lack what many console gamers are looking for even if a relative few are great. PS4 didn't get where it is thanks to these pixel art games. The big budget games Sony used to get for PS+ appealed to more people regardless of which get better critical reception.

I always tell people Trump's popularity wouldn't exist if Obama wasn't such a disaster. People went with Obama because he was the hip cool guy that would solve all of our problems, that didn't work out. So now some people are opting with the opposite I guess. Some even want Bernie and he would ruin our economy.

And again, the thought that people are upset with all the indie titles implies otherwise.

Well, at first they had the excuse of not having enough titles to actually offer the big titles on PS+, where PS3 got it late in its life and didn't start rolling out the big name games until over a year in with Tomb Raider: Underworld. Maybe after the first fiscal quarter starts , Sony will start releasing more AAA titles for Plus.

I'm not getting any further into politics outside of the politics board.

C'mon, you undertand. They just want more notable retail releases and less of digital only retro-ish stuff. Sony spoiled them on PS3. GwG has also been more generous with retail stuff.

You shouldn't have mentioned Trump at all. That's a different thing entirely.

You act like GwG have done nothing but give notable games, but the overwhelming majority there is indie as well.

No, I don't act like that at all. As I pointed out already, GwG has been a little more generous with the bigger budget games like ACIV, Tomb Raider, Thief, Rayman Legends, etc. I'm not sure why MS is doing that and Sony is not.

On top of that, since X1 BC was launched GwG has been giving people more content to play on X1 via 360 games.
