I don't disagree that Sony could do with a few more AAA giveaways. But the idea that all of the indies they give are trash by virtue of being indies is a silly and shallow thought, regardless of how popular it is. Bad ideas get popular all the time: look at Trump. 

Again, nobody said "indie = trash."

Indies generally lack what many console gamers are looking for even if a relative few are great. PS4 didn't get where it is thanks to these pixel art games. The big budget games Sony used to get for PS+ appealed to more people regardless of which get better critical reception.

I always tell people Trump's popularity wouldn't exist if Obama wasn't such a disaster. People went with Obama because he was the hip cool guy that would solve all of our problems, that didn't work out. So now some people are opting with the opposite I guess. Some even want Bernie and he would ruin our economy.

And again, the thought that people are upset with all the indie titles implies otherwise.

Well, at first they had the excuse of not having enough titles to actually offer the big titles on PS+, where PS3 got it late in its life and didn't start rolling out the big name games until over a year in with Tomb Raider: Underworld. Maybe after the first fiscal quarter starts , Sony will start releasing more AAA titles for Plus.

I'm not getting any further into politics outside of the politics board.
