This costs a lot more than the regular version ($25).

In Japan, the price difference between the two versions is much smaller.  The SE version (w/ 1 extra BD) only cost ~$10 more.  The PS3 game in NA "fixed" at the price tag of $59.99 sounds more like a real bargain than it ever be.

Of course, most Japanese MGS4 fans chose the SE version over the regular one.  According to Sinobi, the current pre-order data show
1%: regular version
81%: special edition version
18%: PS3 bundle version (sold out!)

Expect a bigger discount on the regular version in Japan, no one wants it.......

Wow, those are some crazy numbers. Gotta link I could use to spread the word?

Also, any idea how many of the PS3 bundle they're shipping to Japan? PS3 sales should really spike that week.

OT: I just got back from switching mny pre-order to the SE.  The guy at GameStop said just call everyday in April until the MGO Beta, etc. come in to make sure I get one.
