There are lots of people in all of Sweden who are willing to take on any religion be it muslims or christians or Jehova's withnesses (the worst of them all in terms of annoyance). Comedians, politicians, humanists, etc. We do it all the time.

The difference is that most serious people take the angle of pointing out the flaws of religions and trying to get people to shake off the oppressive religious authorities.

The problem is that there are people who approach it from the angle of "Look at those dirty others with their barbaric beliefs. They will destroy our society. They are irredeemable. They need to be thrown out".

There is a world of difference between those camps.

No, but I think a vast majority oppose gay marriage (I think it´s the party´s officla stance but I am not sure), gay pride parades and a few also think being gay should be illegal or that business owners should be able to refuse service to gay people because of their religion. In russia, being homosecual acts is already illegal.

As far as I know, no muslim majority country support gay marriage, and only about 10% of all countries in the world support gay marriage. So this issue is a lot migger than muslim majority countries but it is a serious issue when it comes to those countries.

And I agree with you, if you want to have a gay pride parade, you should be able to hold it in every public space, just as with any other parade, demonstration and the likes.  But it´s mainly the far right that oppose gay rights in Sweden, I haven´t heard any press releases from muslim organizations opposing it, but maybe I have missed it. As far as I understand from the article, some people opposed the parade because it was arranged by a specific political party, not against gay pride, since those that protested arranged one of their own? So it seems that it was a case of people having different views on why you should have a gay pride parade, or have i misunderstood the article? I haven´t heard about this case, but maybe its true.

Most of it is complete bs, some of it is partly true but you must know context before you throw any accusations around, it is clear that you don't know sh*t. The point is homosexuals should be able to do a gay pride march through whatever neighbourhood they wish.When Sweden is majority muslim in 20 years will gay pride parades only take place in tiny rural villages so as not to offend the muslims in the big cities? The left protesting against gay pride marches just because they take place in muslim neighbourhoods is an extreme form of the white saviour complex.

I already explained to you what was wrong with the event you posted. You and your previous link it trying to spin it as if people are protesting a gay pride parade through muslim areas. That's not why people are protesting. They are protesting because the guy who wants to organize this march is affiliated with SD, and layed it out to only go though immigrant-heavy areas. They don't want the gay pride movement to be hijacked by SD. If it was the real gay pride movement doing it and marching through an entire city including some immigrant areas, noone would complain.

What's going to happen in 20 years is what has happened already with muslims who came here. Most will stick nominally to their religion but not really following it. If you look at demographics you can see that only about 25 000 out of 300 000 are devout enough to even pray 5 times a day. Give it a generation or two and most won't be very religious. Longer and they won't even be religious by name. A lot of people from a muslim background who happen to turn out gay will leave the religion and participate in the pride marches. That's what will happen.

4.How could the government support 160,000 new migrants per year in an economic crash when they are housing thousands in tents now?
