ocarina of time is the best zelda game ever made, guys. i mean, i know we all have our personal favorites, but we have to be realistic when talking about the top 5 greatest games, and ocarina of time takes the number one spot. there just is no real argument to be had there. a link to the past is my personal favorite, but im not going to go ahead and say it is better than ocarina of time, because it isnt.. you have to be realistic about it.

In my opinion, the 5 I listed are better than Ocarina. When talking about the greatest, it's subjective, so no, there is a real argument.

you dont go into any detail on what makes a certain zelda better than another. this is a list of what you like, and that doesnt equate to what is actually the best.

What is best is something that is subjective, there's no factual best.

Personal Top 5 for me would be... hmm...

1. Ocarina of Time (Cliche but I can't help it)
2. A Link to the Past (Can sometimes take #1 depending on my mood)
3. A Link Between Worlds (Surprised this became such a fast favorite of mine)
4. Twilight Princess (A bit slow at times but I liked the atmosphere)
5. Link's Awakening (Might seem a bit dated now, but I really enjoyed it)

I love all of those! I do love Ocarina, just not as much as both do.

Ocarina of Time is the definitive Zelda. I agree with that.

The Zeldas that came before Ocarina of Time were the steps in the evolution to this ultimate game. Everything that has come after is a derivative.
