Getting a little aggressive there. The games look good.

Microsoft is "empty"?

What about Fable Legends? Quantum Break? Recore? and Crackdown 3?

All first party games scheduled for the first half of the year.

Well, of course the lineup is not empty in the literal sense, but here are the problems with the list you provided.

Quantum Break is the only game that has a set release date (April 5). The official release dates/time windows for Fable Legends and Crackdown 3 are not announced, yet. Instead they have betas: Fable beta in spring and Crackdown beta in Q3. We know nothing about Recore outside of its reveal trailer in E3.

Compare that to the PS4's 1st party lineup for the first half of 2016: Hardware Rivals (1/5), Gravity Rush Remastered (2/2), Heavy Rain (3/1), Shadow of the Beast (3/2), Alienation (rumored to be released 3/2), Uncharted 4 (3/18), MLB 16 (3/29), and Ratchet & Clank (4/12). Not only is the lineup more plentiful, all games outside of Alienation have confirmed release dates instead of broad release windows. And when you add in the 3rd party exclusives, the picture looks even more disjointed...

Yep...early 2016 has the PS4 getting burried in games, while the xbox one only gets a few.
Its going to be intresting to see if that actually means it moves more units (than usual) or not.

Lol at people thinking Recore is actually going to come out in the first half of 2016. It's suppose to be a AAA retail game, yet they haven't shown even a screenshot of the game. It's a brand new IP so they would be showing it off early. And Crackdown 3 is just getting a beta in summer 2016 and summer can range all the way up to early September.

"There is only one race, the pathetic begging race"

Clickbait. The "War" is over. Sony and M$ just need to focus on doing their own thing and making money. Nothing Sony does is going to hurt Microsoft's perception any more and nothing Microsoft does is going to gain any ground on ps4. No need for fancy strategies anymore.

Very clever. Sony knows the major third party titles often get released before the holiday season, so they avoid competing against those by doing this.

Hmm I think early 2016 isn't empty at all for all systems. Wii U has TPHD,Star Fox, and Pokken comes out in Spring. PS4 has games like uncharted 4 rachet and clank etc. X1 has Recore and Quantum break.

And i think the 3DS has Fire Emblem Fates, Hyrule Legends and Bravely Second (from the top of my head, not sure about Dragon Quest and that final fantasy game) Not sure about the PSVITA.

Pocky Lover Boy!

Sony is smart because they spread the games during the year. And they have more games to do so. That's why people buy the PlayStation. Just look at the Xbone and its "best line-up on Xbox history". In November the PS4 won in the USA and according to vgchartz in December the gap in America is getting even bigger.

Let's not forget that people buying a console 2 or more years after launch also buy it for the game library. With the PS4 one gets access to a larger library, which is also better according to Metacritic, and the promise to get more and diversified games as it has always been the case.

It very much looks like it's going to be 'all about Christmas' again. 2 games versus 16 but will comments reflect that? You can bet they won't.
