Waistline isn't a good indicator. Around 185 pounds, I wear a 34 inch waist. At 164 pounds, I still wear a 34 inch waist, just with a belt, since 32 inches isn't all that comfortable. Really though, I just have bony hips, so my waist size has never really been far beyond 34 inches, even when I was briefly over 200 pounds.

The only way you'll really know how healthy you are is basically by visiting a doctor and having them measure things like body fat percentage, cholestoral, and otherwise. A height to weight correlation like BMI isn't very reliable, and just trying to gauge our own health is precisely why so many people don't visit a doctor until it is too late.

Pretty pointless, I have been rated as anorexic with normal body weight and Obese with normal body weight with this thing.

But right now I am 73 inches and 155 lbs which is about 20.



I'm 5' 7" and my BMI is 28.2. Used to have it on 27 but I gained a bit more pounds, hopefully muscular mass.

Same as Ibrahimovic, but i'm much less athletic, lol.

I was down at 85 kg with Wii Fit years ago. That was my most played Wii game, lol.



No idea. I'm about 5'10 at around 160 pounds I'm aiming to be 140-145 by January though!

Start of 2014 I was 97kg, (BMI 28) but I overhauled my diet and stepped up my exercise, and dropped 20kg over about nine months. It wasn't easy, but my family history for cardiovascular disease is terrible, so if I remained overweight I was looking at a very real chance of a fatal heart attack before the age of 60.

Thanks! :) Yeah, I feel heaps better now; it's not just a weight off my body, but off my mind as well, as I'm no longer so stressed out about my health. Getting in shape was also a great boost for my self confidence.



21.78 as of today. I still use Wii fit u, although I've modified most of the exercises. It has become routine and makes an interesting graph over time. My bmi peaks in spring 22.5 ish, lowest in October 20.5. Pretty much been that way for years.

If you want your population healthy, get rid of winters!
