6'2" or 190 cm and 190 lbs or 90 kgs so fairly average I think.



BMI 25 at 155 lbs.

Used to be 130lbs, but I gained weight on purpose for the gym. Now I'm just trying to lower my body fat %.



6'4" 340, so obese. A little over a month ago it was 385, still a long way to go though I doubt I'll ever be at that "healthy" bmi range. When I was a spry young thing I was 285, but that was with a little more than 9% body fat. Don't have any intentions of getting swole like that again, just lost too much muscle mass, but I think if I can drop a hundred more pounds and keep up with this regiment I can get my body fat down to around 15%.

Still growing so I'll thin out some time in the next year or two.



Time to fire up Wii Fit again.

6'1" and 156lb my BMI 20.6 I'm still on the lean side. That being said my current weight is about 10 pounds more then when I was at my lightest weight. I could easily weigh 5 pounds less if I where a bit more physical active.

21.78 as of today. I still use Wii fit u, although I've modified most of the exercises. It has become routine and makes an interesting graph over time. My bmi peaks in spring 22.5 ish, lowest in October 20.5. Pretty much been that way for years.

If you want your population healthy, get rid of winters!

Actually cold weather has health benefits you burn more fat in cold weather.
