2. Nindies getting physical releases in themed eShop Best Of bundles
1. Konami goes bankrupt/leaves videogames business and Nintendo buying up all their assets.

1. NX is a powerful console and has BC with Wii U games so I don't have to get rid of my collection (I'll need to sell the Wii U in order to buy the NX, being 17 and unemployed sucks).

2. Bayonetta 3 is announced for either Wii U or NX.

3. More new IP's or new games from old ones that aren't famous, like Murasame Castle or Duck Hunt.

4. Dragon Quest XI confirmed for NX.

5. A traditional 3D Mario game is announced.

6. Beyond Good and Evil 2 is announced and is coming to Nintendo consoles (I can dream...).

Every year the same... A new Crash Bandicoot!!!

God the game industry must be loving it, "Year of Dreams", they couldn't have branded that any better themselves. I personally can only see 2016 being yet another underwhelming year for the game industry as a whole, as this poor generation continually flatters to deceive. Remakes and kickstarter sequels really don't seem like the stuff that dreams are made of to me.

When it comes specifically to Nintendo, I think "Year of Transition" is the most apt way of putting it. There are two things I hope for from the Year of Transition:
a) The reveal of the NX does not disappoint
b) Zelda U releases and does not disappoint

For nintendo to beat TLG, FF7R, Shenmue3,...

They would need something like this:

1) Super Mario RPG 2 (or a godly turn based rpg paper mario game)
2) Mario Galaxy 3 / Mario 64 2
3) new Golden Sun

Paper Mario 5 ( like TTYD), Mario 64 sequel, Mega Man Legends 3, Banjo Threeie, Left 4 Dead 3, new Metroid game for NX ( doesn't need to be prime 4), Skies of Arcadia 2
