I think you're setting yourself up for disappointment pavo. Look at WWHD.

Well WW really didnt required too much work at all because of great art style with very simple textures and models. On other hand TP HD would require much more work, but again I dont think that game will be look like that tech demo.

Do you remember *why* WWHD looked the way it did?

It was because that was one of the styles they were experimenting with for Zelda U, and they used WW to trial it, and ended up deciding to finish remaking WW in that style, even though Zelda U wasn't going to end up looking like that.

If they made that Zelda tech demo look like that, you can bet they were also considering a Zelda game in that style. What if that experiment led to Twilight Princess HD, but it took longer than WWHD for obvious reasons?

That is not true at all. They were never planning on using WW's art style. They were never considering a Zelda game in that style either. The tech demo was an isolated project to show off the graphical prowess of the Wii U. WWHD was use to test graphical effects planned to be used in Zelda U - graphical effects like bloom, cel-shading, and certain types partical effects that we've since seen used in Zelda U. None of those art styles were ever even remotely planned for Zelda U. Aonuma has stated for years that it would be a brand new art style, which it is.

Do you want to hear it straight from the horse's mouth? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fIyU8-XTTLc&t=30m26s

While considering what art style to use for Zelda U, they experimented with moving previous games to a 3D style.

By the way, Wind Waker HD has its own art style, distinct from the original Wind Waker. They're similar, yes, but not the same.

Yep. They also experimented with Skyward Sword artstyle.

The new one looks like a mix of Skywards Sword, Twilight Princess and The Wind Waker HD.

No where does it say that the TP or WW artstyles were even remotely considered for Zelda U - only that they were testing old artstyles in HD when considering what artstyle to take.

No, it doesn't. It's the same artstyle with more bloom. Hate when people say that. People get worked up at the exposed gradience as if that gradience wasn't obvious in the original.

I'm sure we are going to see Zelda HD!

Twilight Princess HD

Get hyped man.

No, it doesn't. Not even a little bit. It may have a similar color palette to Wind Waker, but that's literally the only similarity it shares with any of those games. It doesn't even use the same degree of cel-shading as WW. It's completely removed from any of them.

Does anyone know if I can stream the direct from my iphone? Any links?
