Why make a comment when you have not even played it???? The reviews have all been positive so far from what ive read, and just because one person does not like it on here doesnt really mean anything.

Because I can? If I can't comment until I've played it then neither than should you because I've doubt you've played this game too, unless you live in Japan. Reviews are just opinions at the end of the day, so they hold as much weight as hers. So it does

Your right reviews are just opinions, but so is someones opinion on here who said that they dont like the game, again doesnt really mean anything as peoples tastes differ.

The game itself was only something I was mildly interested in. So I can take it or leave it. The negative opinion of an opinion I trust compounded with the fact it is only going to be digital will be why I won't get it.

I really thought NOA would of changed there minds and at least brought out a limited number of the special edition after constent posts on miiverse the organised phone ins and what not.

I haven't been able to secure a physical release yet, the item came up at amazon.de today at 8am but it was already gone after just one hour when I arrived at work. Guess I'll just wait for the digital demo and try to find it on stores.

I also saw the intro of the game the other day, and just at the start I didn't like how they used the same model of a ghost multiple times. That felt cheap.

"¡Viva la Ñ!"

I'm looking forward to it but I'm really pissed I can't find the disc version anywhere. Amazon shot me an email earlier today that it was available for preorder again but when I clicked on it the game was already sold out. Don't feel like buying a 32GB USB stick to play it but I guess that's what I'll have to do.

First of all I'm sorry for the long post, forgive me xD

I might be hyped about this game, I was some months ago and that's why I preordered the game but I'm not really sure right now. I preordered the game because I read so many good things about it but I haven't played a FF game before so I don't know if I'm going to like it or not. So I'm slightly hyped I guess.

What I don't understand is the criticism this game is getting.

I know I may be the only one in this, but I think that if you like a game, just buy it. As simply as that. If you don't like it don't do it.

I have read so many complaints about it that now it's starting to be funny.

Who doesn't have a spare pendrive nowadays? And even if you don't they are like what $10? I bought a pendrive for Xenoblade Chronicles and I enjoyed the hell out of it. It was totally worth it. If you think you are going to like the game just buy it! It will be worth it for you. What is $10/20 anyway? I'm sure we all spend more than that one single night out.

Nintendo is not trying to fuck you up, they are a company and they need to make decisions sometimes.

Would it be better if you don't have the game at all? It's not like they have done this with half of their games this generation! Come on it's only just one game! I like all my games in physical format but if I had the option to play a game I know I'm going to like only by DD I would buy it in a heartbeat.

In my country people are outraged because it won't have spanish subtitles. I know it's not the brightest decision, It looks cheap for them, I know I would translate the game myself if they let me, but come on! It's nothing new! I grew up playing games in english and back then I knew like a hundred words and I enjoyed the games a lot anyway.

There is not a perfect game.

-I want the game translated.
-I want a physical release.
-And I want it to be dirt CHEAP!

I have read like a hundred people complaining that they wouldn't pay more than $40 for it.

So, What's next then? Nintendo giving the game for free for the first 100.000? Which is more or less what the game would sell anyway? For me it's like when you are dating someone. If you have so many doubts, then don't push it, you are not going to like him/her anyway! It's the same with the games, if you have so many complaints then don'buy it.

I would understand the anger if we were talking about Zelda wii u but this game is niche. We should be happy they are still doing those games otherwise we would complain about "no more marios Nintendo please give us more genres"..

I am deeply disappointed with this launch, digital only, 50 U$ and replacement of the sexy outfits? NOA really does not know how to treat their customers, they lost a sale and I am sure that not just one

Wasn't excited for it but judging by the reviews I read I probably would have got it if it had a physical copy.

I think whats interesting is that while I understand Nintendos decision, it doesnt seem as good a decision taking into account the success of Until Dawn, a new IP which also seemed to have niche appeal.

But the game is coming to the West which is ultimately what is important.

But the Until Dawn thing is a bit of an apples to oranges comparison.  Until Dawn was a new IP with unknown potential.  Fatal Frame is tried and true and fully documented to sell rather poorly, having not ever topped 200k.  The whole series all together hasn't even topped 750k.  And it hasn't mattered what platform it was on, what image that platform had, or how big the install base was.  So Nintendo had an IP they knew was going to lose money.  Twas only a quesiton of how much.

I played the demo and I like it a lot, it not very scary but unnerving I wanted to keep exploring the level but I wanted to stop at the same time, it is a great feeling I missed it.
