Come on, Nintendo has always relied on their first party stuff. Disappointing yes, surprising no. Their third party is atrocious. They have never really made a misstep with the Zelda series but I just wish they would try to make a new epic thing on the level of Mario and Zelda and Pokemon, but I guess they don't have to, so whateva.......

I support Nintendo and admire their capability of making excellent games. But we have to admit that 3rd party games have done much better on Sony and Microsoft consoles this gen (so far).

Think of it this way: the games making it to a million copies sold would've never made it there on the PS3 or 360, but all the million sellers on the other consoles would've sure as heck made it there on the Wii. Ok maybe not all, but it's fair to say third party millions sellers on the other consoles are generally extremely expensive projects by one of the developer's best dev teams, while the same can be said of very few Wii titles.

Imagine what'll happen when more and more developers get their act together and start putting big titles on the Wii. It's already started, and can go only one way from here on.

Yeah, and what makes you think third parties are doing well on the PS3? The ratio of third to first party million sellers is "better" than on the Wii, but that's just because Nintendo's first party games happen to be the best on the planet.

 Nin sales so well casue like always nin fanboys only buy their games, its hilarious how those that whine about 3rd partys not coming to the wii are the ones responcible for them not coming.

 Most 3rd partys will never put their big games on the wii, nin fanboys have said they will for a long time it was to happen an E3 last year then this years GDC and nothing yet.

 All you have to do is look at Metroid sales and think will a 3rd party put their big game on the wii with sales compared to what Cod4 did on PS3/360, very simple dec aint it.

And LMAO at nin best on the planet, do they make the best racer arcade racer fps tps online game rpg music game strategy mmo action ? ohh yahh NO they dont.  What i see is they dont even know how to make a legit game in half the generes out there.

Nice info though. End 2008 Wii should have more million sellers than 360. I agree with user_nat (Welcome btw) that WiiSports does have a big impact, but Forza and Marvel are also on the 360 list.
