I was just hoping they would do more with Mystic/Ultimate Gohan

I thought they got rid of Mystic Gohan, doesn't he go super saiyan in Battle of Gods?

From what it seemed he could transform into both. An indication is when you see him charge Beerus, his hair changes shape distinctly.

Yeah I couldn't believe what I saw. I rewinded it and noticed he elbowed and punched him in the face. I decided to just turn off my computer and just not it again until a couple of days ago

I hate the animation in DB super but I also have hated DBZ since after the cell games saga. They should have ended it there Goku died and Gohan took over as defender of the earth... After that Gohan became a pussy and Piccolo became insignificant as a fighter which makes no sense. The show just got terrible nothing lasts forever.

I think for the animation they are waiting until the new story arcs to get really detailed. I'm loving the new power though, we might actually see some solar system/ galaxy busting/ universe busting!

At least for Revival of F the "retelling" will be something new. We can see Vegeta getting the SSG form, how Goku & Vegeta go SSGSS but most importantly Frieza's training.
