True.
I do just have to say though, Gamestop quality seems to vary from store to store. Some are amazing and some are the worst stores you've ever been in.
My Gamestop is decent. They are just really uninformed. The last guy I talked to told me I should get a New 3DS since I love Fire Emblem. I asked him why and he said because Fates was New 3DS exclusive. I was like NO it isn't.
Other than that, my Gamestop is pretty good when fulfilling orders/treating costumers etc. They also surprisngly have a bigger Wii U and 3DS section than most.

Same experience here. I actually have three GameStop stores near here and all are different. One is just OK, the other two are quite good. Each also varies on the selection for certain platforms.

There's around 5 or 6 GameStop stores in the town where I live, only been to 2 and the service was good. But what I don't like about them... Is what many people have mentioned before: They sell used games as new, they sell new games as used to price them higher, their employees get to sell games labelled as "new" with a smile on their face; while the game is kept in a drawer and some of them have been played by the employees themselves, they can sell you a game for $60... and you can try to trade it in two minutes later and get $25 for it (although this applies to every retailer)... And it goes on.
If any other retailer opens pre-orders soon, I'll bite and get the Limited Edition. If not, I can live without the USB with just 10 tracks, a box, and a photobook that I'll probably keep in bubblewrap for years without even looking at it more than twice.
