Am getting back into old school gaming and am building up my PS2 collection. Currently have MGS3 and Winback(headhunter and Timesplitters on the way) and just purchased Rayman 2 revolution. What games do you guys recommend in the way of PS2 exclusives, hidden gems(Gran Turismo, GTA, MGS2, DMC etc are all no-brainers)? I was essentially absent during the 6th generation despite owning all 6th generation consoles at the time! I like shooters, action games, stealth, 3d platformers(I have the Jak&Daxter and Ratchet&Clank HD collections on PS3) but basically will give any game a look as long as it rocks.

FFX, irts alot weaker than the psone FFs but its still a great game

Katamari Damaci, but you'll have to do something with the regionlock, because that game is NTSC only.

The best PS2 game is SSX3.

I'm running my PS2 games on my NTSC backward compatible PS3 :P

Hehe already have the HD collection on PS3 :P Might get it on PS2 just for the authentic look and feel :P

Give Okami a try! It's probably one of those games that didn't get enough love.
