That's a great deal.
Being positive: the best Batman game ever; the best looking AC game ever around good gameplay, and a great multiplayer game recieiving a ton of support from Bungie that has virtually unlimited lasting appeal.
Being negative: 2nd best batman game ever with too many vehicle sections; one of the worst AC games full of bugs and Ubisoft annoying pop ups; An overrated fps with a non existent story that's charging $80 for new dlc.
I guess it depends how you see it.

Amazon sells Destiny and ACU for 40$ combined, and in all likelihood this bundle is from Amazon's side (to get rid of Destiny and ACU stock, which is also why they have cut the price for both of those titles to 20$ each.)
So no, no it isn't.
