A. They already said no to it

B. Telll me specificly how Nintendo would be able to help the whole of gaming (because if a gaming console has a feature, it has to be supported by every genre of game released on said hardware). Especially with Nintendo's in-home multiplayer ideals, I find it very unlikely they will do VR for NX. Also, while it may create immersion, it would add a lot of price to the hardware (taking away what Nintendo can spend on hardware power) for not much being added to the game. Yes you are immeresed into the game, but it VR doesn't change anything to how you play or how the game functions. It doesn't do much to a game, I have seen few VR games that really change how you play, and those types of gmes are not enough to make someone buy a console.
