We get shipped numbers for handhelds too, yes, but it's PSP, PSTV and Vita combined (PSP should be minimal by now though, as it's discontinued basically everywhere.)

^ Logic ^.  I spend just as much time playing with my Audi as I do with my PlayStation.  Cars are just as much a hobby as video games are.  


Yeah but if i replace your Audio for a Hyundai whats difference? there is no difference, if replace uncharted for halo there is a huge difference. Sony is creating Contend, the OS and the hardware for the PlayStation.

Thanks for sharing your opinion!  I'm sure if they post a profit your stock in the company will go up a little bit!  Oh, wait, you don't own any stock in Sony but you still care about their financial standings because they make your favorite toy?  I own a Audi but I couldn't care less how they do finacially... They're a multi billion dollar company that is just trying to get my money, same a Sony. 

 

As a matter of fact I do own Sony stock lol. What's the matter man, for someone that thinks I shouldn't care about if Sony makes a profit, you seem to care an awful lot about if Sony posts a loss or not!


I didn't start a thread about it, just stating the obvious haha.

That has to be one of the worst responses I have seen to critism in a while on this site. He didn't state any opinions, based on the trend it's likely to be profit this quater and your original guess is very likely wrong. No need to be an (incorrect) condescending asshole about it.

I reckon 300 million USD is the minimum, up to 500 million, which is rather good really.  Estimates peg Sony earnings at ~1.8 billion USD for the fiscal year, so they really have turned things around.
