Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo of America has dropped Plans For US Release of Devil's Third

Wow, the game must be bad if NoA doesn't want to publish the game. I guess they had faith in it somehow, but it turned out to be shit. But let's wait and see what happens.

Reggie you useless sack of shit.

If the game is a crappy as the video claims, do you really want it to be released?

Can't say I'm surprised here. NoA is just...idk! They have to handle business better. Bad game or not, America should still have it. Heck shooters are the most popular in the NA market.

NOA ... if they had their way we wouldn't have Xenoblade, The Last Story, didn't get Fatal Frame last gen, no Devil's Third, no Dynamic Slash, no Disaster: Day of Crisis, etc.

I now feel bad calling it Devil's Turd in Twitch during last year E3 Treehouse event.

Also, if Metroid Prime: Federation Force turns out to be a bad game, will NOA not publish that game as well

Is it true or still just a rumor?

Uhhh, that game looks like complete and utter shit from 1998. It's also developed by some company called Valhalla. Why should Nintendo publish it? It's obviously way below standard.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

To be fair Valhalla is a new studio that is made up of a lot of the former Tecmo staff, so they had potential.

I honestly don't believe it. NoA might not want to publish, but i dont believe its going to be a bad game. All the footage i saw and from what i know of Itagaki, i don't see how that can be the case.
If anything, its NoA thinking a violent shooter doesnt fit their image and choosing not to release it.
