Any official release date for the GT5 game? If it's too long of a wait, I might just close my eyes in pain and buy the bloody half a game. :)

Looks like this is the first big game that is going to be released on the PS3 :D

I was planning on waiting for the full version but the more I see on Prologue the more I think I might have to buy it.

If a"Demo" gets more sales than many complete games I will LOL at many people.

Maybe those are retailer preorders? Is this reliable? Becouse this number is really shocking (even if it's retail):
- this isn't even full GT
- some people will download the game (so they'll obviously won't preorder it)
- the previous instalment of Prologue didn't actually sell that good (below 1 mil LTD in EU)
- userbase still is rather small
I think that record for European market is around 280k (PES) if this info is true GT5P will do 5 times as much or maybe more. Is it really possible?

put it this way on AMAZON (yes I know not a reliable source but still) Gt 5 prologue has been in the top 40 since 1 month & now with 2 weeks to go it is in the top 15 constantly..

In my town at GAMe, HMV & Gamestation I have asked about prologue and I have seen many other people enquiring about it as well..

Now that is just UK, in other EU countries who knows?

ALSO Gt 3 prologue came out on around I think 10 million Ps2 userbase, so its EU userbase shouldn't be much smaller or larger than Ps3's currently..

From Na...I am not aware of Gt popularity there, so maybe 500K..
