I have no idea how I'll be able to play a game like this in college...but I'll make it work. This will be a nice game to just unwind with.

College (and grad school, if you go to it) can actually result in more free time than you'll ever again have in your life. Have fun!

168? I'll run through that in about 12 days. my guess is I'll be spending more time than that on it.

I spent about 300 hours on Witcher 3 in less than 3 weeks.

I love to explore and XC:X looks to have a beautiful world to do just that.

Bear in mind though the people who filled the survey were probably the people who loved the game the most. So that doesn't necessarily say that much. I spent about 150 hours on the original, which I'm guessing was way more than average.

Most of that time is probably spent doing stupid fetch quests and traveling just like in every open world RPG.

Doing that the game is 300 hours, this is the average

I see this as a negative. It's likely to be a ton of grinding, tedious walking across large lumps of land to get from a to b, and poorly writen subquests. Still, that's what gamers and the gaming press seem to be loving these days so it's bound to be a big success.

The bolded, at least, is impossible. The other two are admittedly possible, and even likely to a degree

Oh god, 168 hours? I'll NEVER finish this. But I'll enjoy the journey before I give up and youtube the ending.

It'll be awhile before I figure out how to do one of these. :P
