Gears of War is a first gen 360 title. The game started production before the 360 hardware was even completed. In fact the reason the 360 has 512MBs of RAM instead of 256MBs is Gears of War. Oh and to answer the topics question Gears of War.

 PS3 can do Gears level graphics and better and so can the 360, in the future there will be a bunch of games on both that look better than Gears.

I vote for Okami as the best looking game ever because of its artistic direction if I had to go strict graphical prowess I'd go for Gears too...

Yeah, I don't think that's a fair comparison either.
