People are forgetting that Microsoft has plenty of games coming out in 2016 as well. Scalehound, Quantum Break, Gears 4, Recore and much, much more. I wouldn't go putting Sony's 2016 against Microsofts 2015. Both years will be great for MS, so stop hiding behind the truth thinking you're giving Sony the edge. 2016 is looking to be even greater than 2015 for both consoles as both brands are ramping up their titles and MS still has to show Quantum Break and Scalebound at Gamescom.

It should be MS 2015 vs Sony's 2015. Its pretty much clear MS has already won that battle, but the question is that even though Sony has great games coming in 2016 can Microsoft actually top that?

I'll humor you though and say that Sony's 2016 looks better than Microsofts 2015. Doesn't change the fact that we're overlooking what MS has in store for 2016. 

You really have no idea what youre talking about. This is not Jak, but Ratchet and Clank! And its not a remaster, but a complete reimagining and remake of the original!

First of all, two of Xbox's titles are HD Collections. As per every Xbox fan's (and my own) previous arguments, this does not sell this console. It's only a perk.

That being said, Halo 5 will sell as well as UC4 despite the difference in install bases (translation, they'll sell equally within 10,000 units of each other, but XB1s lower population means this is a much higher attach rate.

The rest of it is not really a ccompetition. TLG alone is going to be better than the bulk of Xbox's lineup, and adding Horizon to that scores a victory for PS4.

Xbox One every year has a better lineup and looking at 2016 its not going to change.

Very true, as long as third party arent busy and MS has unlimited cash. As long as they can keep it up they can stay competitive for many years to come, but I fear it will turn out just like last gen where they complained that paying for new ip's became too expensive. This is why I always say paying third party is no substitute for having the top first party developers under your roof.

Lol? We haven't even seen gameplay for half of MS' announced 2016 titles.

the ps4 has an amazing line up this year..... next year it's just jaw dropping tbh....

FF XV will release next year.. it has to..... and this year MGS V, SW BF, FALLOUT 4 are all by far the biggest ip to release on ps4 yet.... that aren't remasters..... so it starts with batman and goes on with UNCH 4......

We have seen gameplay from most and I dont need to see gameplay when I know the history of the older titles and the teams behind the new titles. We saw gameplay for Driveclub and The Order and look how that turned out.

The XBox One is also getting most of those games, not to mention Fallout is getting mod support.
