How did you come to this conclusion? That the graphics are and I quote "clearly bad compared to its expectatios"? The game looks INCREDIBLE, the physics, character models, dynamics, lighting everything. It is heads and shoulders about the other Uncharted games and this is still only the start of the generation! To say you expected one more is one thing but to say it looks bad is just flat out not true. I have read quite a few articles on different gaming sites stating how good the game looks and seeing it in motion was even more impressive.

What exactly do you think makes it look bad?

the physics, open world, interactibility and character models look very good

but graphics and color pallete as a whole weren't the best and not upto NAUGHTY DOG and UNCHARTED reputation

By bad i didn't mean its look one of the worst of ridiculous but just comparing it to its expectations and to say its ust the start of the generation is nonsense when its the third year of generation and Naughty dog has already ported LAST of US to PS4 and there are better looking games out ther

If you read quite a few articles about how good a game is then you should also read alot bashing it and talking about downgrade for the last six months and also that fanboys and people hype up top games all the time, heck people think LAST GUARDIAN has one of the best graphics........hehe.They always do this so its not much suprise

Seeing it in motion is good but UNCHARTED games have always had realistic physics and gameplay so that had to be there, its part which makes uncharted games look and feel realitics

my main criticism is about graphics not been crisp enought and not having and polish and sparkle and and gradioisity and also the color palette looked a little too bland and washed out

The only thing that has been said is that it did not look like the E3 2014 trailer which is doesn't. But the game is still BEAUTIFUL none the less and defintely one of the best out there which is what is also being said. I think the issue you are having is that is is not "photo realistic" which it doesn't need to be. And where did the color palette look bland and washed out? Did we watch the same video? And seriously to still be over a year away the game has plenty of time to be even more crisp and polished that what it already is. Also porting a game that was already created and building a game from the ground up are two different things(regarding The Last of Us). I don't know man it just seems like you are trying to make something out of nothing.

Maybe I'm just being silly, but did NO ONE care that Good Guy Drake destroyed an entire city?

No...so, what would have been an alternative course of action? Just...let himself get killed so he didn't do as much property damage?

Take a different route! The only reason he walked through masses of people and made sure to pass through every single garden, fence and house in half of that city was to put on a show. It felt really artificial. Civilians and their property were nothing more than meatshields.

I'm just saying that took me out of it. I like lore. Fuck graphics, I want story and gameplay. Obviously, if the game looks good in addition to the story and gameplay then that is a huge bonus, and uncharted 4 looks beautiful. However, I wouldn't be very immersed if this is the direction the game takes, and that would be a huge problem FOR ME. Just saying.

We don't agree on everything but I agree that something was amiss with this UC4 demo. You talked about realism in previous uncharted games and that exactly that for me, this E3 demo was too much a cinematic cartoon.

When I was watching it I knew I was watching a videogame during all scenes and most particularly during the car chase which was really the most underwhelming scene for me. Too cinematic, too blurry, 60% of the screen being wrecked by the excessive motion blur, I don't know what's impressive at looking at a blurry mess.

Even if I think you are wrong on the technical aspects, the demo was probably the most impressive tech of E3.

For me, apparently like you, the most impressive game, just the graphics, was Battlefront (which was running on a real PS4, too) which was so realistic and immersive (and at 60fps even if not locked), it won the most impressive game of E3 award IMO.

But my overall best game of E3 2015 is still The Last Guardian.

This is a joke thread right??? Because you honestly cannot be serious...

The shooting part wasnt that impressive but the driving part was insane, one of the best looking scenes for sure

This. The shooting part looked like an upgraded U3 version, but the driving part, for some reason, looked insane! And those breakable objects and different paths were impressive/breathtaking.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

Is this the only thing ppl say these days ? Taht every games graphics look bad ? Anyone who thinks Uncharted 4 graphics are bad is just insane, period.

When the game releases you will eat these words. Sorry they didn't over mark it up like Witcher 3, Division, Watch_Dogs etc.
And no they don't look bad.

Witcher 3,Watch Dogs didn't really have that good of graphics

That's his point. Or are you saying that the inital reveals of those games didn't look all that good in terms of graphics. In which I have to say you are BSing here.

All everyone talked about before those games released was how amazing they looked (and they certainly looked fantastic) and the final result was a slight downgrade in terms of visual quality. Though IMHO The Witcher still looks great.
