Forums - Gaming - PS4 VS XBO

Which buy the 11 December 2015?

PS4 183 77.87%

XBO 38 16.17%

Buy a fucking PC!!! 14 5.96%

Total:235

If you owned a 360 and bought a bunch of digital/arcade titles, Xbox One should be your choice since you'll now be able to play them on the machine. If not, it's a toss up and you have to decide which style of games you like.

Sometimes I wonder how some people can even get dressed in the morning when they lack the ability to decide on something based on pro and con arguments.

It's really not that hard. Both consoles are very different and both have very strong pros and cons. Make a list god dammit.

Wait to see what Microsoft shows at Gamescom then it should be clear.

Then wait to see what Sony has at the Tokyo Game Show and Paris games week -- and then it should be clear.

I was a 360 gamer last gen and bought a BUTT LOAD of arcade/digital games. So for me, it wouldn't matter one hill of beans. If I were in the market for either console, the Xbone wins hands down because it has BC. I don't have to lose all my games now.

why you even asking? you cant go around PlayStation if you like at least somewhat a view japanese games (puting nintendo aside for a moment.). And its not like Xbox has so many more western exclusive its in fact equal to PlayStation Exclusives from the west. And i know you like japanese games a lot therefor PS4 is the better choice

ryan, it's not about the amount of exclusives, it's about the exclusives you want to play and I have a feeling you just mention exclusives for the sake of it and you won't play much of either exclusives. I really don't know what to recommend to you other than if you are into JRPG, you know what is the best console for that.

"Favorite genres"

JRPG

Ummm... The PS4?

...I also write Shooter, and above JRPG. :D

They both have a fair amount of games in those genres except with JRPGs or japanese games in general. The PS4 has those in spades.

Sony is looking at reviving more old beloved games with kickstarter. I don't know about you but I would love to see another suikoden game.

Based on history, sony typically has the most new IPs out of the big 3. It takes more risks on games.

It's becoming easier for the PS4 to get exclusives over the xbox one.

The PS4 is now getting COD content before the xbox one.

The PS4 has alot more exclusives than the xbox one and that gap is widening.

Really, all your past games are already BC.   Or is it mostly you have HOPE that they will eventually be bc.  So in reality you currently have no idea what games you will lose and which you will get, at some point in the future.  Maybe.

Whats the official list of BC games, its what 2/3% of the 360s library ?

Whats the eta on 100% BC, ever ?
