Forums - Gaming - Gamers ARE entitled. Here's why:

You say you want a Metroid made in house but then you say you want a third party to scrap what they are doing and make a Wii U Metroid.

Onions in an hamburger are good but for the love of good I never understood why they put pickles in them. It doesn't fit at all!

THANK YOU!  Onions, tomatoe, lettuce (romaine or it's just water), ketchup or BBQ or A1, and a cheese is all I need.  Oh and bacon of course

I am Iron Man

Funny you mention that. I just had a burger with only onions. It depends on the context. If I'm cooking it, I have it plain. If I get it from my local burger joint like I did today, I just get onions. If I'm at one of those "gourmet burger" joints than I usually get a bacon cheeseburger. The moral of the story is to not expect the same quality and capabilities from every burger place. Some are better at some things, and others are better at other things. Let everyone make what they make best.

You're not as entitled as you think.

Your purchase is your decision based off a desire. Nintendo should try to appease fans by releasing content they like, but they are not dictated by your specific interest. You have the right to expect quality, but you don't have the right to ask for specifically your standard of "quality".

Nintendo did not hold a gun to your head to make you buy their console. You made the choice, and you making that choice doesn't warrant you control over them like slaves to cater specifically to you or your group. If they don't cater to you, it's your fault for buyin their console, as it was your mistake. Only if they straight-out lied about the content they would provide for you would you be entitled to certain kinds of content on their platforms.

Furthermore, you are not entitled to what games they should have on their platforms, or what ip's they use for said content. Your money is your adult investment that you're responsible for , not a contract that gives you dictatorship over Nintendo/developers. They have the right to make content that doesn't cater to you/your group.

What are you entitled to, really? Quality in some form, I'd say. The goal should always be quality for companies, but what type of quality is another story. As long as Nintendo doesn't lie to you, your investment in their products does not entitle you to much. Even if it leads to Nintendos own destruction, you are still not entitled to be specifically catered to just because you put your money down too early.
