I guess the expectations where different. People expected that Sony will barely talk about the Vita because they officially announced that support would be dropped in the West, but people didn't expect what happened with the Digital Event

Its also that they have too many great ps4 games to show everything... in that limted time space.
so its okay they dont waste any of that time on the vita.
