It has been shown before, but I'm realy hyped for Super Mario Maker. During the World championship, but also during the Treehouse I've seen some amazing stages, and ideas (like when they showed the bumper clowns, shell riding and leap of faith levels). Stuff like arrows, connecting rooms, messages by placing coins can also really mess with those playing your stage.
There's just so much room for creativity and so many different options and combinations you can think of. Also really cool that each 'version' comes with the respective abilities Mario had in the original game. Makes the difference not just visual.
I also really liked Star Fox, Zelda Triforce, the (paper) Mario and Luigi, Horizon, Rare collection, KH 3 and Halo 5
