I'm looking forward to it. People are just mad they didn't get a huge announcement.

But Mario Tennis is fun, especially local multiplayer, which is why Mario sports games in general are much better on homeconsoles.

Tbh Mario Strikers was a sick game. Think they could make a very solid series out of it, unfortunately doesn't look like happening

if the price is right, not sure a tennis game is worth $60. they said this fall but what are the modes, etc?
is that like super smash which has a ton of Nintendo characters playing tennis? should have made a Mario sports rivaling Wii sports club. HD mario sports games - strikers, tennis, golf, basketball, am. football, ice hockey bundled in 1 for $60. I know, keep on dreaming. :D

I think we will hear more about game modes during the Treehouse. We can expect the standard local up to 4 player multiplayer and single player tournaments.But I hope, and I think they will, it has an online mode as well. Both 1 vs 1 and 2vs 2 (2 player local online please).

I also hope it has partymode/minigames like Power Tennis on GC. And some kind of true 'story mode' would be good.

hate mario sports game plus 3ds already had a mario tennis.

I'll definitely rent it. I was excited when I saw the reveal... I've just been a salty baby about "Metroid Prime" and "F-Zero". In perspective, I've been hoping for new "Mario Tennis" and "Golf" games for a while now.

Now THAT would have made for a better E3 lol. I don't know it it would have erased all of the issues we had with it, but it would have went a very long way.
