It's hard to top a Final Fantasy VII Remake. Actually, kind of impossible to top that.
Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

Shenmue III. Everyone knew the FFVII remake was going to happen at some point. With the state of Sega, Shenmue III looked like it would never happen.
Edit: Missed understood the OP. FFVII Remake. It will have the most impact on sales.

You've got that completely backwards.

FF7 was by far the biggest due to the massive appeal, but Shenmue 3 and Nier 2 were HUGE for their fanbase.
FFVII remake, without a doubt. I honestly did not think it would ever come true, but i believe in miracles now.

How so? Yu Suzuki left Sega in an official capacity 4 years ago. He's only an advisor with the company now. He was the only one at Sega pushing to finish the saga. Also Sega is no longer the development juggernaught they used to be. Square Enix is still a very large publisher that supports big budget releases. FFVII was a huge hit. The Shenmue franchise was not. FFVII is standalone title that is a remake. Shenmue III is part of an overall story arc and all new title. I'm glad Shenmue III is coming but I'm not sure how it can succeed monetarily without a remastering of the first two games.

Earthbound Beginnings was and will be the only new (to NA) game announced this E3 that I buy. Sad :(.
