It's actually ingenius to let them mod the games because they don't have to fix bugs all that much. Just let the fans do it for them.

Guys... MS didn't say anything about exclusivity... that is why I thought it will be out for PS4 too.
It was not MS fault.
Please don't pay wall it into DLC, else I might as well just get the PC version like with Skyrim.
Also modding isn't exactly plugin and play, Bethesda and (Sony and MS) will need to make sure to organize them through some sort of manager because troubleshooting and manual installation won't really be possible. I've personally gone through 5-6 reinstalls of Skyrim for various reasons, no way will dealing with those problems be as easy on console.
