It's a game. I don't know why they thought Day 0 of E3 was a good day to show this. Seems like literally the worst possible day of the entire year to me.

Why do they use so much motion blur in a 60fps game? To give the illusion of speed?

Locked 60fps game doesn't need motion blur seriously. No wonder so many gamers are leaving the console space and buy PCs instead. Pfff.
