But racing without a track is what Forza Horizon is about. A starting point, a goal, and it's up to you to get there using roads, crossing fields, etc.

Even if it does, you might have to wait a while; Nano Assault Neo took 2 years to be ported to PS4 after it's Wii U release.

Also, when asked a few weeks ago on twitter if FAST was still an exclusive, Shin'en said yes. That doesn't necessarily mean it will remain so, of course, but a PS4 port is still by no means a certainty.
