Uncharted, Bloodbone, Stret Fighter 5 and No Man's Sky, as Sony received most of the third party games as Mortal Kombat X, Batman Arkham Knight and I think Metal Gear Solid 5 was there too, don't remember exactly.

In terms of games there was no thing as boring or anything close to it, not even in exclusives, as all games there are no short of great, with 4 very strong 90s in MetaCritic (Uncharted, Bloodborne, MGS5 and maybe Batman).

It was a great show.

Subtract SF5 and I do not believe Arkham Knight was show at their E3, just the announcement of DLC deal.  Those games were shown for maybe 30% of the time.  The other 70% was garbage.  People during their live stream were insulted.

It's like a woman trying to make it in a man's profession. They have to be twice as good to get the same respect. In this case though, why bother? Make something else that is a collection of gaming icons duking it out that doesn't obviously ape one of the premier Nintendo franchises.

Pretty much this. People will hype the games that their system get and will downplay the games coming for competitors. A bit of talk about how amazing or bad new technologies are (Morpheus, other VR stuff) and why, also perhaps some talk about companies buying marketing deals and moneyhats, of course also influenced by personal preference.
