I don't think that the winner will be among the console manufacturers. Let's see what EA, Ubi and SE have to show.

Yes. If Sony partnered with Sega and Suzuki to bring Shenmue back, it wins E3 for me no contest.

The Last Guardian, Fallout 4 and Shenmue 3 could get announced (Fallout 4 already has been announced).
Only Half-Life 3 and Agent are missing for everbody being happy (ok GTA Vita would be also fantastic).
I neither work for Nintendo/Sony/Micro/whatever company having a showing during e3, nor as any staff in charge of e3 to know any special info and I bet that no one in here does either but you want an answer so I say: yes, definitely.
