Moneyhatting has existed for a long time. Not everything came to PS1 because of CD ROM. Sony had to fight for it. I see no issue. As for original tomb raider 2 and many Sony paid cash for it.

No. But the game is co-developed by Sony and Capcom.
Capcom said they didn't have money or man (developers) to make the game happen... Sony come with all of them.

So why then is the game still coming to Windows platforms instead of being 100% exclusive to PlayStation? Kinda undercuts the whole point of exclusivity for Sony, especially for such a prestigious franchise as Street Fighter.

I believe Sony wants the PC integration to be more friendly with PlayStation.

It is the deal between Sony and Capcom.
And remember Sony support cross-platform play between PS4 and PC.
If M$ really wanted, they can make it so PC games can stream to Xbone and really blur the lines of exclusivity.
Personally though, I haven't had interest in SF since Super Nintendo and Genesis. Also watching those Team Spooky or whatever twitch feeds makes me like the game even less. It's like they try so hard to make it cool. Don't understand that boys accent. Is he trying to talk black or something?

I think Capcom lost their ways with this one. Hope it works well for them. Also every companies try to moneyhat at some point. Don't know why some people desperately want you to believe some are worse than others. Nobody knows exactly what the deals stipulations are... heck these companies lie about resolution, framerate, longevity, exclusivit etc... you think they tell you the truth about moneyhat deals? Funny people are funny!

Meh, we got Killer Instinct and its a blast. Sometimes you can't have it all.
I'll eventually get a PS4 and play it there. Or maybe even PC.
